EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

MOVE-IN 

Exhibitor set-up will occur from 1:30 – 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12. All exhibits must be completely assembled prior to 4 p.m. The Welcome Reception starts at 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors who are not set up by 4 p.m. will need to wait until the Welcome Reception ends at 8:00 p.m. to move in. *Vehicle load in time starts at 12 noon

MOVE-OUT

Break down begins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13 following the Exhibitor Door Prize and Sponsors Recognition. All exhibitors must be out of the Expo Hall by 6:30 p.m. on 11/13.

DOOR PRIZE RECEPTION & SPONSOR RECOGNITION - NEW! 

We invite exhibitors to participate in the door prize drawings that will take place in the Expo Hall from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 13, with Sponsor Recognition following shortly after with light appetizers and cash bar. We will provide you with boxes to collect business cards and leave the raffle item up to you. Please note, alcohol is not permitted as a door prize giveaway. 

LEADCAPTURE 

We’ve partnered with Cvent to provide Exhibitors the chance to gain leads while on the expo floor using a service called LeadCapture. This easy-to-use tool will allow you to obtain leads by scanning attendee badges and obtaining their contact information. Please note that the conference door prizes will continue to be drawn using business cards in boxes provided by the conference organizers.
